Mr. Keshav Malik was the literary assistant to former Priome Minister Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru. He was awarded cultural scholarships by the Government of Italy & France, he also studied in New York & London, honing his skills further.

Poet and art critic, Mr. Keshav Malik has published more than 17 volumes of poetry. He has also edited five anthologies of English translations of Indian poetry, and is a frequent lecturer and seminar participant. He co-founded the Poetry Society of India and is currently President of the Poetry Club of India.

Awarded the Padma Shri in English Literature in 1991 and the Kala Ratna in 2001, Mr. Malik has been an art critic for leading dailies such as the Hindustan Times & the Times of India etc. In 2004, he was the Elected Fellow of the Lalit Kala Akademi, the National Academy for Visual Arts. Keshav ji has served as a member of National Level Co-ordination & Monitoring Committees for Scholarships & Fellowships of the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India. Today at 86, he continues to be an inspiration to all.
