The main job responsibilities will be:

Educational Qualifications:
- Should be Law Graduate with strong computer skills.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in legal, wills and legacies, HR and MOU's of a large size Organization with strong legal understanding. Experience of working with NGO will be desirable.

We are seeking to appoint a national team of medical doctors (MBBS) committed to working anywhere in India, including rural areas where the MMU - Mobile Medicare Units (www.helpageindiaprogramme.org) programme operates. Each MMU Medical Team constitutes a Social Protection Officer, Medical Consultant, Pharmacist and Driver.Â
Responsibilities:
- Patient Management (MMU and Home Care) - Diagnosis, treatment, medical counselling, referral for clinical tests, etc.
- Keeping records of patient diagnosis, treatment and prescription of medicines and regular monthly reporting
- Supervision of medicines and quality of medical services
- Support Social Protection Officer (senior member of medical team) in planning and discharging MMU functions and services
- Liaise with other local medical facilities for free/discounted services for MMU referred MMU patients
- Organise and facilitate health awareness and speciality camps
- Recruitment and training of replacement-doctors (medical consultants) for MMU operations prior to relocating to new MMU sites.
- Â To identify suitable replacements for the position of Medical Consultants in their area of operations where ever they are posted.
- To impart the training / induction to the new joiner.

Medical Consultant (DOCTORS)
Project: Mobile Medicare Units (Healthcare programme)
Location: Tamil Nadu, North East & Odisha
Responsibilities:
- To manage the health related work of the MMU, ensuring that the desired services are provided
- Make home visits for the patients who cannot come to the MMU centre / site
- To provide group counselling to elders at the MMU sites on the health issues
- To ensure that MMU reports, records, registers and other related documents are filled, maintained and updated
- Assist Project Officers in conducting the Health awareness camps/ education activities
The successful candidate should be:
- MBBS, MD in geriatrics or medicine with at least 4-5 years of experience.
- Should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of local language is essential.
