NEW DELHI, Oct.1, 2008.
700 elders from remote areas in Tamil Nadu & Kerela, travelled more than 2000 kms all the way to Delhi, in a special train starting from Cuddalore (TN) to put forth their demand for a National Commission for the Aged as part of their Memorandum of Demands on October 1, marking International Day of Older Persons with HelpAge India.
