Location: Head Office, New Delhi
Reporting to: Country Head – Resource Mobilisation & Marketing.
The role will include supporting operations, social media presence, and contributing to donor relations & research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with CRM software, and openness to learning new technologies are highly valued for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative
- Support & co-ordinate with handling communication with external & internal stakeholders.
- Support in donor management & fundraising activities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Collaborate and coordinate with Comms & Digital team for smooth workflow and develop digital/social media inputs specially for platforms like Website, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitive insights.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Assist in collating data, feedbacks from the field and supporting marketing and communication content for global audience.
Corporate/Institution/Individual donor coordination
- Assist in development of appropriate project proposals for potential corporate and institutional donors by liaisoning with internal stakeholders/departments. Manage proposal cycles end-to-end.
- Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct corporate and institutional donor research to gauge synergies for partnership opportunities
- Attend network events and webinars.
Key Technical Attributes
- Proven experience as a project manager &/or a customer relation specialist; or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and social media management tools & hands on knowledge of using photo/video editing softwares to create and curate content.
- Good interpersonal skills and attitude as will have to work effectively in cross-functional teams, across different time zones
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with relevant experience of 5-7 years. Previous experience in project management/ public relations &/or social media management is desirable.
