messaging, HelpAge India would like to focus its efforts, so as to grow
online fundraising exponentially through whatsapp marketing and social
media efforts.

The number of older persons is increasing in India at a rapid pace. In
the next few decades, it is likely to overtake the increase in the
population growth in the age group of 0-15 years.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify an
appropriate agency to support HelpAge India’s strategic communications,
media relations, and public relations priorities.
